Refund Policy

Additionally, if a user starts their plan following the completion of a free trial, they will not be eligible for a refund after the billing cycle begins, as the full range of features—including generating all articles—can be utilized on the first day.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You can switch between any plans at any time during your subscription period. If you downgrade to a lower-cost plan, you will be charged only for the days you used the higher plan, and any remaining amount will be credited for future use. When upgrading, the new plan's charges will be adjusted based on the time spent on the previous plan.
